Slow write speed, mediocre read speed. You get what you pay for (Quick, High Capacity, or Cheap - pick two)

Great price, good capacity, very slow write speeds. Not recommended for cameras or anything you want to watch movies on, for instance. Writing files is limited to around 10mb/s which doesn't sound terrible but when writing 120 gigs of media expect its going to take a very, very long time. I bought two on sale boxing week, been using them several months with several complete re-writes and so far no problems.
