Strengths:
Simple setup, cloud managed, no on-site controller.
Weaknesses:
You'll lose LAN connectivity if your WAN is down and the APs get power-cycled. Aruba doesn't seem to allow customers to console or shell into these either to perform maintenance or troubleshooting, which means you're at the mercy of customer service.
Additional Comments:
I bought these on a whim because my previous cheap SOHO wifi setup (Unifi) was a dumpster fire. These have been reliable and rock solid. No, there's no power adapter, nor do I expect one for the price. I would rather buy a cheap PoE switch than use messy injectors, or pay for injectors that I would be leaving in a box to rot.

Weaknesses:
Doesn't come with a power adapter or cord. I guess everyone usually has a 12 volt 1 amp power supply lying around.
Additional Comments:
I'm averaging 30 mbs on gig fiber so not very impressive. Wifi signal strength falls off at about 8 feet away. Speeds actually increase slightly when you get beyond 10 feet from the access point. Maybe I have something not set up correctly but it has had speeds into the 700 mbs once or twice, so I know its capable of higher speeds.
The biggest disappointment is not having all the parts required to use the device included. How you can not include a power supply for the unit when it is required to run is beyond me.
