(After a few years of working well, my Microsoft Sculpt Comfort mouse and keyboard began becoming unresponsive to commands - totally unacceptable. Everything that I tried to correct this didn't work so I delegated it to backup/trash.) So... I looked at some reviews and checked out prices and decided to try this one. The mouse and keyboard are basic but that is all I need. It serves me well and will until it doesn't. At this point, I am very happy with it.
I can't comment on longevity of the device but in the short term it does what I need.

Store policy won't allow exchanges after 2 months and dealing with Logitech support is like pulling teeth.
When it worked for the first couple of months I was very happy with the product. Then, it started acting up to the point where I couldn't use it anymore to do my work. I've been in contact with Logitech support for 2 weeks now and they are just wasting my time with generic canned responses, never addressing the issue. This has opened my eyes a lot and I don't think I can take a chance on buying a Logitech product again because when things go wrong, they make it almost impossible to get a solution.
