Malfunctioned and had to be destroyed

It was only used once and upon trying to remove the laptop from where it was locked, I found that the combination no longer opened the lock. I contacted Startech and they showed me how to destroy the lock to get it off the computer. The process is quick and easy with a drill. They said they would send me a replacement months ago but never got back to me to get my address, they just said 'Don't worry, we will take care of it.' I will never buy any Startech products again because of this experience.
