The Meraki MS225 family provides layer 3 access switching and is ideal for deploying to smaller branch offices and similar installations.

The MS225-24P-HW 24 Port PoE Switch specifically provides layer 3 access switching and is ideal for deploying to branch locations.
Medium PoE Solution
The PoE Section has a larger 370W total PoE budget available simultaneously on all ports via Intelligent PoE power allocation based on device advertisement (LLDP). The MS225-24P-HW supports two PoE protocols, based on your per port needs:
- 802.3af: 15.4W per port (PoE)
- 802.3at: 25.5W per port (PoE+)
- Total PoE Budget across all 24 ports: 370W
