Can't handle anything over 1920x1080

Got them to allow a triple monitor set up. I run a 34" curved monitor as my main and when connected to this cable it will not allow a resolution of over 1920x1080. Despite the monitor being 3440x1440. No where on the product sheet does it mention it, and I can't understand why it halts higher resolution.
I tried with all 3 cables, all the HDMI and Display Ports, and all produced the same result. Tried with a GTX 2070S and a GTX 3080TI. Same result.
For over $30 a cable this is pretty bad. They can be used on my supporting monitors but my main is stuck with an extremely short cable for the time being. Can't recommend if you rock any higher end monitors, however standard office style monitors this works for.
