I had to post as i almost didn't buy these ends cause the review said {it will not "click" into any device}
The ends are fine, some crimpers will leave the ends pushed down, some times they will get bent in shipping.
If you are one of these people who cannot get it to click in, bend the tab up (Max 45 deg from parallel) and it will lock in nicely ;-)

I deal Cat5 cable and Rj45 end on a day-to-day basis and have never had a problem, until I ran out, so I purchased a several packages of these ACP RJ45 ends, when I connect the cable and crimp it, it will not "click" into any device.
Additional Comments:
will not purchase ACP RJ45 ends again, looking into a different brand.
