Strengths:
Upgrading from a 34" 3440 x 1440 VA panel to an OLED monitor might seem like you're just paying double for "deeper blacks," but I can't express how glad I am that I did.
The contrast ratio is literally infinite—blacks are true black since the pixels turn off completely. The HDR is stunning, with each pixel individually controlled, creating mind-blowing brightness. In games like *Cyberpunk*, you might even squint at neon lights due to how realistic they feel.
Motion clarity is flawless, with zero ghosting, making every movement crystal clear. The built-in menu is easy to navigate, showing active framerate, resolution, and more. But the colors—oh my god, the colors. Reds, greens, and blues are incredibly vibrant, and neon signs with HDR look like they're just beyond a window. It’s an unbelievable visual experience, far beyond just “deeper blacks.”
Weaknesses:
This monitor requires a few maintenance tasks to stay in good condition and prevent burn-in.
The most important is the pixel-refresh, which should run every 4 hours to adjust voltage levels per pixel. This means you should take a 10-15 minute break from gaming sessions every 4 hours, but that’s a healthy habit anyway.
Additionally, the pixel shift helps prevent burn-in by ensuring no single pixel displays the same image for too long. It's slightly noticeable when reading text literally unnoticeable during gaming.
Finally, cleaning can be tricky due to the glossy QD-OLED screen. Use a microfiber cloth with water—never chemicals.
Additional Comments:
I was, at first, skeptical on spending effectively double the price of an equivalent 34" 3440 x 1440 VA panel monitor just for the OLED capability, but I think this monitor has been the single best purchase I have EVER made in my history of being into PC gaming/building.
The best way I can describe this amazing monitor is that it's like I'm not gaming on a monitor anymore. It's like I'm looking into a window into the game. The colours, contrast, and HDR capability all work so well in conjunction that it literally feels like I can reach into the monitor to grab something on the screen at times.
When there's a close-up of a face, it feels like I can literally touch the face if I just reach for it. It feels that real. It looks that real.
If you have the disposable income, love cinematics and graphics and being immersed in games, and you are fine with the maintenance tasks, DO NOT THINK TWICE. This monitor will be the best thing you buy for your gaming setup, hands down.

Strengths:
Recently upgraded from a VA ultrawide to this QD-OLED. I'm very impressed with the quality and understand why everyone raves about OLED displays. It really does make a difference to have a high-end monitor. It's enhanced my PC experience in a way I never thought was possible before.
I went with MAG 341CQP QD-OLED because it had promising features, positive reviews, and great value. I've purchased many of MSI's products and have yet to be disappointed. I was considering the Samsung 34" OLED, but MSI's monitor felt like a much better choice.
The monitor fulfills and even exceeds my expectations. I'm very happy with it, one of the best upgrades I've made to my PC setup.
Weaknesses:
It's a minor gripe, but I would have liked having a remote of some sort. The previous monitor I owned had one and I found it to be useful.
Additional Comments:
Overall, it's the best monitor I've had so far. Great colour, great contrast/brightness. It's everything I expected it to be and more. It's worth the investment, I highly recommend it for anyone looking to get into ultrawide and OLED displays for a reasonable price.
