The headset was comfortable out of the box. At the time of review i have had zero issues with the battery life. I was genuinely impressed with the reception range, The headset does not have analog volume control. The volume dial adjust the master volume on my PC. this has made balancing the audio of multiple apps very difficult. most of my apps need to be set low 10% - 15% volume and sound terrible. The microphone has also been trouble. When using common apps like discord it tends to take a long time for the mic to register if i have not said anything for a few seconds. To be fair I don't know much about configuring microphones. But i do not have this problem with my old corsair headset, MSI headset, or Logitech headset. Downloading the software and getting the latest drivers has not made my experience any better.
