OPTIMIZED FOR DIRECT COOLING
The GPU standing upright next to the motherboard creates a chimney-style airflow, moreover the ability to mount intake fans behind the GPU effectively controls the GPU temperature.
SIMPLE INSTALLATION
The upright GPU kit mounts directly to the side fan bracket, which makes the installation easier.
TWO DIRECTION INSTALLATION
The GPU can be flipped with the side bracket, letting you decide to have the GPU ports at the top or bottom.

GPU IO FACING DOWNWARDS

Due to GPU cooler design, some GPUs have been found to perform significantly better with GPU IO facing down when mounting the GPU at an upright position. Test results are as follows:
