Strengths:
This cooler is sleek, cold, and the loudest water cooler I have ever used.
Weaknesses:
A few weeks ago I sent in an email with a video recording showing how horrible the grinding noise was coming from the cooler - no response.
The noise comes on and seemingly random intervals and only turning off and back on will "soft reset" the noise before it eventually returns.
Additional Comments:
I do NOT recommend this product.

Strengths:
Had tower built by ME, using their recommended items.
Weaknesses:
Soon as I got the tower home, turned on, sounded like a lawnmower. 30 minutes.
Brought back to store, they said this cooler was defective (letting it slip that there has been a lot of defective units, and a recall!), ME replaced with a new one.
Third day back using new tower, out of nowhere, lawnmower grinding noise came back. Not impressed by any means.

So back to the store. Again.
