Strengths:
- plenty of horsepower
- no noticeable coil whine
- bought on Black Friday sale, so steal of a deal
- very good for most of my games
Weaknesses:
- coming from nvidia 3060 ti and noticing a drop in image quality of some games at 2560 x 1080p 144 Hz. I haven't played with settings though.
- if you play BG3 I would say stick with nvidia
Additional Comments:
A great bang for your buck card if you play games optimized for amd cards. If you play bg3 at 1080p and games optimized for nvidia I would say stick with nvidia, there is a noticeable difference in image quality between the two.

Strengths:
Got this gpu for around ~$900 and I have been running it for quite a few months now, Honestly there have been no issues whatsoever in terms of performance in game. I mainly play at 1440p and you can max out all the setting in most games without much issue and easily pull 144+ fps. One of the best in it's class for frames per dollar.
It also has a bit of thermal headroom for overclocking idling at about 40 ~ 45° C and going as high as 70° C under load. By default this RX 6950XT draws 300 Watts but you can easily get it up to 365 Watts while maintaining 80° C under full load.
Now another thing I would like to mention that isn't really specific to this gpu is the software support that goes along with any Radeon GPU. AMD Adrenalin is a very useful tool for when you need to quickly update drivers, tune settings and hardware, and even do a bit of recording. It is very easy to use and I recommend downloading it to anyone who is considering purchasing a AMD card.
Weaknesses:
Now as much as I love this card there has been a couple issues, one that has been a big stain upon the great performance that this card offers.
Even with swapping out power supplies my 6950 has a quite loud coil while when doing most tasks, even so much as scrolling down a youtube page. This is exemplified by it being in a mesh case right by my desk. Without noise cancelling headphones, I would have gone crazy...
Though this can't quite be solved with software tweaking, if you are unlucky enough to get this issue I would recommend getting a more closed off case, running the pc somewhere that isn't close to you, or just outright returning it.
Another minor thing to note is that the card comes in at around 340mm long and might have trouble fitting in some small form factor cases. The large bulk of this size being the odd shape of the shroud near the end of this card. So be sure to check if it can even fit in your case before buying.
Additional Comments:
Overall I am quite happy with this GPU; especially at the price. It is definitely a great buy if it stays on sale.

Strengths:
I can do 4k gaming for single player games.
Gameplay is smooth at 4k depending on the game I get between (on average) 60 - 100 fps at ultra settings.
Ray Tracing!
Runs at about 70 C under full load for me.
Weaknesses:
While it does ray tracing I found it to have poor performance on Portal with RTX.
Additional Comments:
Coming for using a RTX 2060 I have to say I'm extremely impressed with this graphics card.

Strengths:
Great card by XFX. Nice design, really nice build overall, and runs as good as it looks.
Weaknesses:
None found.
Additional Comments:
Great card overall and running any benchmark you can check online results on i find it surrounded by RTX 3090s and 3090 Tis. Pretty decent place to be. My first purchase of XFX stuff and id say they did a super nice job on the build and also the internals.
I will say that stock out of the box it will run at 300 watts or so under load. Does it need that much? No. Power draw reduction by 10% to approx 270 watts and voltage reduction by .a fraction of a volt is no problem at all so thats how i have mine set.
Thanks to the memory express crew as always. Thanks guys!!
