Weaknesses:

There is something wrong with the 4070 and 4070TI cards.

Additional Comments:

Bought in July along with Asus B650E-F motherboard, 6000 ram, M2.drives, CPU water cooler with RGB on it and system fans to match the new case we placed it all in. Nice so far...Computer system ran fine till mid October, when one day, system failed posting and now black screens at boot. 4070 was all lit up as normal, fans were spinning on it but no detection by the motherboard. Plugged display port cable from monitor into onboard video and computer boots into windows fine. Ran "device manager" it does see there is a 4070 card plugged in but has the yellow triangle warning symbol. I check error code and it reads #43 I read on the internet that this card has 0MB detected in memory and displays error code 43's when its dead. Confirmed this after running GPU-Z and sure enuf card shows 0MB memory. Sent card to Asus for warranty, sent me a brand new sealed 4070 about a week and a half later. Placed new card into the motherboard. DOA...no post. Plug in "handy dandy" integrated video, go into windows and see the exact same error code #43 in device manager, which is 0MB memory in GPU-Z I now have to go back to Asus to negotiate a second exchange? Will see how Asus handles this second failure. See if they offer me prepaid shipping as I'm already out $70.00 with Loomis ground which included insurance on the package. If they fail me, i will start buying the cheapest card in the GPU class I'm willing to spend on, BUT take out the longest memory express warranty. I'd rather give them the money for a longer warranty if the premium brands are no longer premium and have onerous warranty conditions.
