Strengths:
PCIe 5 / ATX 3 ready.
Weaknesses:
Not sure if mine is defective, this RM850e PSU is not quiet enough, the fan spins even in low load (e.g. watch youtube).
Additional Comments:
RM850e, RMx, RMx Shift are rated as Tier 1. omparing to RMe, RMx is different animal (no coil noise, the fan is super quite when it spins). RMx Shift is even better. If you can afford RMx, go for RMx or RMx Shift instead.
if your gamming PC has lots fans running, or place under the table, this PSU is a very good unit.
