Strengths:
Pros:
Fully modular; silky smooth connector insertion in to the PSU; size of the PSU was surprisingly small (for a 850W PSU). One of the PCIe cables does accommodate the new ATX 3.0 (PSU to GPU) standard.
Weaknesses:
This is more of a nit-pick than a con.
The side mounted connectors are blessing and a curse. Since I have not purchased a new PSU in a few years I was expecting sleeved cables (for the price), instead the connectors are black ribbons, which did not translate to optimal cable management.
Additional Comments:
Overall, I am happy with this PSU.
Especially if you don't care for cable management, this PSU is a breeze to install and manage all the cable from the side, rather than the inside (front-facing).
