Strengths:
Sound:
- Good quality
- Many options to play with EQ, Volume booster, etc
Weaknesses:
Steelseries App:
- Can't really run this headset without using the official Steelseries GG application which is absolutely horrendous. Never remembers the settings, nightmare to navigate and just about everytime Windows has an update, the app runs into issues which leads to a reinstall just for the sound to work.
Hardware Issues:
- After only a few weeks of use the button that lets you Mute / Unmute your microphone has become so sensitive that even a light touch will set the sensor off 2-5 times, resulting in an onslaught of "pings" in your ear.
Additional Comments:
I would not recommend this product. This was my first experience with a Steelseries product and I'm going to stay FAAAAAR away from them for the foreseeable future.

Strengths:
headset has great sound quality. Build quality is nice and sturdy. Comfortable to wear. the mute light on the mic is nice to have. Software integration was as simple as opening the steelseries engine app, everything worked automatically for me. The range on the bluetooth is incredible i can still hear my game and discord chat while Im upstairs in another room. Battery life seems good, was still at 100% after 1.5 hours of gaming and chatting.
Weaknesses:
the usb dongle is H U G E . it straight up blocks any other ports beside it. not a huge deal on my rig but i can see how this would be a problem for a lot of people.
Additional Comments:
Great headset, sound quality is comparable / better than my audio technica ath m50x. make sure you have room for the dongle though.

Strengths:
Comfortable
Great sound quality
Adjustable
Weaknesses:
Headset is held back by its terrible software which is responsible for input lag and other bugs.
Additional Comments:
Stay away from anything Steel Series, these issues are at least a year old with zero hopes of them fixing them.

Strengths:
Sound quality is good both in game and listening to music. Light weight. Comfortable. Adjustable. Mic quality isn't too bad. It comes with a USB-A to USB-C female cable to plug the dongle into which was a nice unexpected surprise. It also comes with a USB-A to USB-C male cable to charge the headphones with as well as a 3.5mm headphone cable to plugin to a regular headphone jack. Good battery life, fast charging. Works while charging. Works with Linux. Great range.
Weaknesses:
Whoever designed the dongle should be fired; when I plug it directly in to my laptop's USB-C port it blocks the other ports to the immediate left and right. When I plug it directly into my hub, same problem. It doesn't even fit the USB-C port on the back of my desktop. If you plan on using the software you will need to sign into an account to use it (there is some limited functionality without an account). There's no reason for this other than a personal data grab and spam; which I despise. Their terms and conditions are not great. The chat blend knob only works with the Bluetooth connection (unlike other headsets that create a second logical audio device in Windows eg. Razer Nari Ultimate). The ear cups are on the small side. The buttons are finicky, especially the mute button and volume control.
Additional Comments:
These are a pretty good mid-tier headset and are a good value when on sale. That extra wide dongle is Universally stupid though.
