As with any Arctic fan they are quiet! If you use them in PWM mode and keep them at low rpms they're silent for web browsing or watching movies but when you want to get your game on they will move a lot of air, just compare them to some of the big brands that will barely move 50CFM but cost much more per fan.

The LEDs are BRIGHT, I haven't been playing with colors too much but they give a fairly clean white glow, a little bit of a blue tint to it but nothing offensive. I did have one worry, when I first installed them there was a slight ticking. I don't know if it was something left over in the fan from manufacturing or perhaps I had a loose wire wiggling in the breeze but I ramped them up to full speed and back down to low rpm and the noise is gone. I'll keep an eye, or ear on them and see if it returns.

I've been using Arctic P12 and P14s for several years and I love them but they were missing the RGB glowing goodness. I admit, I tried a few lesser fans to get some light in my life but they all left me wanting, either too loud or not enough airflow. As soon as I saw these announced I knew they were the fan for me and now I've got some!
