Strengths:

Set it and forget it. Cooling keeps my 5950x happy and running smoothly.

Weaknesses:

It's large. It goes over your RAM so you have to be careful about how tall your RAM is.

Additional Comments:

The installation was pretty easy. Fans are pretty quiet. Can ramp up when it needs to. Pretty happy with my purchase.
