Strengths:
They look nice, they work, not too loud.
Weaknesses:
One fan came out of the pack with non-functional LEDs. After a couple of months, half the LED on another fan are stuck on a random colour that seems to change once in a while. Replacing the fan proved that the issue was with the fan and not the motherboard controller.
Lian Li support has been completely unresponsive. I have contacted them multiple times with pictures of the issues and they never even replied.
Additional Comments:
The fans work. But if I had known the LEDs were unreliable, I wouldn't have bought these fans and went with a different brand.

Strengths:
They move air and good ARGB.
Comes with lots of options for connecting the fans and the ARGB.
Weaknesses:
They are definitely on the noisier side compared to Noctua.
Additional Comments:
I was very happy with the ST120 overall. As they are the fans that comes with the Lian Li Galahad 360, I wanted the rest of my fans in my Lian Li O11DX to match. I have my graphics card on a NZXT Kraken G12 with a X73 360 as well. I wanted both cpu and gpu to have push/pull so this required buying 4 packs of fans. The included 6 fan controllers work great. I'm guessing that the 1 star reviewer either had a broken controller, didn't have it wired correctly or didn't have the software configured correctly. There was definitely a lot of cables to manage as each fan has 2 wires (one for fan power and one for rgb) with 15 fans total I had a lot on my hands. Running 3 controllers connected to the motherboard I ended up spending most of a day installing the new rad and fans. I have the ARGB connected to the motherboard and Asus Armory Crate does the rest to make the lighting work.
The issue with the fans being noisy is definitely at the higher speeds. I only game with headphones on so the noise is a moot point for me. I usually crank the fans up to 90% while I game anyways to get the best performance.
Realistically if you want a silent PC then it shouldn't be in the same room as you.

Strengths:
Nice colors - although absolutely useless and serves no real function.
Weaknesses:
LOUD
Only runs at full speed despite the "fan controller"
DAMN LOUD
Additional Comments:
I have been building systems since the early 90's, and have never experienced fans as loud as these.
The intent was to put them in a home made NAS system I was working on. When the system is turned on, it sounds like i'm in the middle of a small server room with MULTIPLE servers running. I'll have to switch them out before I make this live. The "fan controller" doesn't do anything. The fans only run at one speed - full.
I would like to make a suggestion, if your build is to be in an environment where noise is a factor, spend a bit more and get either Noctua or Scythe fans, and connect them to a REAL fan controller that you can adjust as you need it. Give these a pass.... unless you want to feel the rush of being underneath a Boeing 747 during take off.
