Plug and play out of the box - Windows took about 30 seconds to set it up. A 6 foot (2 meter) cable. Clear picture, full HD (1080p)@30fps. The camera position is very adjustable, including tiltable.

Note it says "Wide field of view - perfect for conferences, telecommuting, or chats with two or more parties sitting side-by-side". This means it is not so good if you want a close-up for a tutorial or weblog or something, or if you don't want your coworkers to see too much of your house. If you try to move it close to your face to get a closer picture, you just end up looking distorted. There is no privacy cover; however, you can set it face down on the table. There is not much in the way of documentation.

Not perfect, but reasonably decent for the price.
