Strengths:
Audible Alarm and App Notifications
Long Battery Life
Battery Low Warnings in App
Battery Level meter in App
Weaknesses:
Will not connect to Smartthings if you are needing that.
Additional Comments:
I bought 2 of these to put in my Parents home. These have an audible siren so they will be notified if there is a leak and I have setup the App on my phone so that I will also be notified. The batteries last way longer than a year and the App DOES notify if the Batteries are low and also has a Battery Meter so you can see just how much power is remaining.

Doesn't have a low battery alarm. Flooded both my hot water tanks requiring burners to to removed and serviced,
Additional Comments:
In my opinion, is not reliable enough when battery failure is not alarmed. Mfg says batteries last up to a year. Suggest you replace every 6 months with good quality batteries.
