It is true; Alumino-Silicate Glass is also known as Gorilla Glass. It is chemically strengthened glass that is used in a variety of applications, including many Mobile Phone and Tablet Screens, and in higher end Laptop Screens.
Basically, This Is A Super Strong Glass!
Alumino-Silicate Glass is known for its high level of durability and resistance to scratches and cracks. It is made using an ion exchange process, where the surface of the Glass is bombarded with ions of a specific element, often Potassium, which causes the surface of the glass to become harder and more resistant to damage.
Important User Notes:
- Note 1: Please remove the vinyl on the bottom of the mousepad before using it, or the Mouse Pad will slide across your desk.
