The HDMI switch does not support HDCP 2.0/HDMI 2.0. If connect with PS4 and Xbox, please set the TV display in HDCP 1.4/HDMI 1.4.
Before using the remote, please remove the little transparent piece and connect the infrared control cable with the item.
Please offer an extra power supply and connect the remote receiver extension cable with this HDMI switcher when using the remote.
