Works perfect, stayed cool, no complaints

Strengths:

Under constant load for 3.5 days for RAID5 30TB integration: no hiccups.

Weaknesses:

None yet... but pricing for big NAS drives could always be lower

Additional Comments:

First verified with Synology website that it's ok to mix Brands, and even capacity, of NAS drives in a RAID scheme: it is, as long as they're the same technical performance, cache size and spin-speed. Some buyers have complained that these WD Red drives run hot, but mine never went above 27c during the 3.5 day work-load of integrating into a 30TB RAID5. It was never more than 1c warmer than any of my other Seagate IronWolf NAS drives in the same unit, doing the same work. My NAS is located in a "cold" environment so your temps might be higher based on that. No clicking or clunking sometimes reported by others either. Worked perfect, integrated perfect and no bad sectors.
