Enjoy peace of mind with an affordable Extended Warranty on your Refurbished Laptop or Desktop Computer System form memoryexpress.
With our Extended Warranty plan simply bring the defective product to the nearest Memory Express location along with the original packaging and accessories. A technician will test to confirm the problem then attempt to fix any hardware related issues. If the problem cannot be fixed within 15 business days we will replace your system with the same or an equivalent Refurbished System.
15 business days is the maximum turnaround time with our Extended Warranty plan, chances are we will have your system repaired well before that. If we are unable to fix your system within 15 business days we will replace it with another Refurbished System of similar specification. A vast majority of the time we can make this determination well before 15 business days and have you back up-and-running with a replacement system.
With Refurbished Systems, replacement parts can be hard to find and very expensive due to the limited supply over time. For example, to replace 1GB of PC3200 Notebook Memory at today's prices would cost over $80 plus an additional $50 for a one hour service fee to install it into your notebook. With our Extended Warranty you only pay the one-time cost of the plan which is far less than the cost of service and replacement and also requires far less waiting.
Your investment in our Extended Warranty is transferable to the next owner of the product, giving long-term added value for resale and peace of mind.
