Buyer beware!
Bought the drive online for pick up in-store. Picked up the drive today at 2 pm. Installed it on my computer and began to write 200GB of files onto it, transferred the files fine. I then went to copy those files to an external back up and this hard drive disappeared from file explorer and I began hearing beeping coming from the drive. As I have cut and pasted files to this new drive, I no longer have access to the files
Trying to diagnose, I opened up disk management to see if the drive was online to which it was not being recognized there aswell. I continued to open my case up and listen to the drive, to which I can hear the platter spinning up and immediately shutting off, to repeat this on and off behavior.
So I called memory express to ask about data recovery and to exchange the drive because the drive they just sold me has now died, and I need the files to complete work. They told me due to the lockdown they are not doing returns or exchanges and their computer service center is closed as well (understandably due to lockdown). What really bothers me was the lack of understanding and willingness to find a solution.
As it stands I am to sit with a broken hard drive with files I need for work, only to be able to exchange it with no acknowledgment of data loss when the lockdown is over well past my due date for my client.
TLDR: You get what you pay for. Was sold a hard drive that lasted 3 hours and lost 200GB of client files. Can't exchange right now, and have no way of getting my files back. Never buying Seagate again and probably going elsewhere for my computer parts.

Additional Comments:
I upgraded my Toshiba Qosmio X770 Laptop (PSBY5C-01H00Q) existing hard drives (from factory: 750GB HDD+128GB SSD) as the existing HDD was starting to make funny noises.
I replaced the Toshiba 128GB SSD to the ADATA Ultimate SU800 512GB SSD, and the Toshiba 750GB HDD to a Seagate ST2000LM015 2TB BarraCuda 2.5in HDD, 128MB Cache.
In the past I have typically installed my new parts, but I checked with the service department about how long it would take to clone the drives and install them into my laptop while I was in the store. I was in Calgary for a few days and they said that they could have it done for me by the time I left town.
I left my laptop with Memory Express and they had it finished by the time I let to return to Red Deer.
My laptop acts like a new machine plus I no longer have to worry about which file to keep due to hard drive space.
Very happy with the drives and with all the customer support from Memory Express as always.
