Strengths:
The remote with HD camera allows for all to be seen easily. The built in echo cancelling microphone and speaker, however, really makes the difference over any other webcam I've seen for group videoconferencing! We've replaced our $8000-$15,000 videoconferencing systems with this camera plus software with almost no drawbacks. It works Mac or PC using any software that accesses the webcam.
Weaknesses:
No weaknesses I've come across.
Additional Comments:
A really valuable investment for my school system!

Strengths:
Great sound & video quality, even for medium to large rooms.
Multiple configuration options (height adjustable)
Tracking options
Great camera for Window 7 and older.
Weaknesses:
Non-removable USB cable in base unit.
Poor/non-existent Windows 8 Store App support.
Not good for Windows 8 use at this time.
Additional Comments:
Using these cameras for video conferencing works very well with Windows 8 and any "desktop" application. Simply doesn't work with any "Store Apps" these are what used to be called "Metro" applications and are the new shiny feature of Windows 8. The camera uses a default system driver and Logitech doesn't provide a driver for these cameras. Very poor support from Logitech, but really the issue lies somewhere between Microsoft and Logitech. Absolutely ruins the user experience.

Strengths:
At work we use this camera for meetings many times a week. The sound quality is excellent and the elevated rotating camera does a nice job of capturing everyone in the room. The remote control is really useful as you can place the camera at the front of the boardroom and swivel the camera to face the person speaking. Since the camera is out of arm's reach, the remote is really valuable. Highly recommended if you do group-to-group videoconferening.
Weaknesses:
Expensive. Awkward to carry from room to room.
