Strengths:
A fast multi core CPU for your new video card! Bonus option is no on board GPU, yay!
Great bang for the buck, but the pcie x4 chips are just around the corner...(11th gen).
If you already have the board, this will be your final upgrade.

Weaknesses:
How about that cooler...it's sooo bad, you will need something better, just saying.
Or, if you wear a headset and don't overclock, your good to go!
Additional Comments:
This "upgrade" will keep you in the game awhile longer and your high end video card will also appreciate it.
