Easy set up, but has advanced features for users that need or want them. Great range and consistently great bandwidth anywhere in the house.

I bought this because we were having wi-fi issues in parts of our new house. I'm still noty completely sold on mesh wi-fi (at least not at the current pricing for a decent set up) so I wanted to go with a quality router without going too nuts. This one was easy to set up and the ASUS Router app makes managing it super easy. the range and signal strengths are great literally anywhere in out house (and back yard even) and we haven't had a single issue in the two or so months that we have been running it. For reference, our home's wifi network has, at any given time: 2 to 3 computers, 2 to 3 tablets, 4 phones, 3 streaming devices (apple TV, smart TV, etc.) and around 40 IOT devices. and even in the evening with everyone streaming, tic tocking, and browsing, not a single hiccup or notable change in wifi speed/bandwidth.

This router is awesome, lots of advanced features. It can handle a lot of devices no problem. I have between 20 and 25 devices connected at any given time and this thing has been solid. It's also a good deal for a wifi 6 router especially if it's on sale. The QOS works well. It also has good coverage. I have a 2 story home with a detached garage. My router is located in the basement. I have no dead spots in the house. I can get good coverage in the yard and it's still usable in the detached garage although it is somewhat slower in the garage.
