Mounting hardware Pricey

Would be better imo to wait for a version 2.0 based on how terrible the mounting hardware is. The magnets and clips are more than strong enough to hold it up, but the metal or magnets in the light strips themselves barely manage to secure it if at all. You're better off getting your own stuff to mount it like an adhesive strip. It's also very pricey compared to other RGB strip options. That being said, it works through iCue, so if you want the flexibility and options that come with that then this is light strip is a must.

iCue software works great combined with these Lights themselves are plenty bright but can of course be adjusted Buggy connectivity if you put your computer into Sleep mode

Mounting magnets on the lights themselves are TRASH You'll more than likely have to find other ways to mount these properly

You're better of saving your money and going with something else unless you really want all the lighting modes that come with iCue. You are more than likely going to have to cleverly improvise to mount them.

LS100 Smart Lighting Strips work great. Patterns are easy to setup in the ICUE program.

The only set back with this product is the magnet's that are used. It seem to me they could a bit stronger I had to use the wire management clips to help with keeping the lighting strips in place. I will probably buy other set of lighting strips but will get some 2 sided to use to put them on the back of the monitor.

Over all a great product. Lights up my back wall great behind my monitor. 2 sided tape would be my only suggestion on applying the stripes to the back of your monitor. Do try magnets first but have some 2 sided tape on hand.
