Size

Complained about internet link. Didn't install. Found .exe and installed it. Using as 11" laptop at 135% Zoom I still can't read anything on the screen without a large magnifying glass. When I try to redirect the data it tells me that the folder (just created) is deleted, existing folder "write protected" so won't write to my D drive (BitLocker - not enough room on C) Trying to record it says "can't record copy protected..." I am trying to record local, terrestrial TV using a Fire Stick!!! Instructions, manual, help (ANY) TOTALLY MISSING! This is going back tomorrow pm. Am I missing something here? HOW CAN IT BE THIS BAD??? OBTW "contact us" doesn't work - can't enter the product model which is a required field. Maybe this is intuitive if you are a gamer but not to anyone else.
