Strengths:
- Very good, if not the best cooling performance
- Low noise
- No RGB ( I hate tacky RGB :) )
- Relatively inexpensive, especially compared to units with the same cooling performance.
Weaknesses:
None
Additional Comments:
The best AIO you can get right now in my opinion. Yes, instructions are only online, but I can't and won't put it as weakness. It's one of the reasons why I paid less for this cooler. That piece of paper would only get used once and then would be thrown out anyway. Anybody buying this surely has if not a second computer then a smartphone. Also can't praise enough exclusion of RGB on this model to lower price for people who don't use/like RGB. One thing to note is to be careful when installing the brackets on the motherboard. The 2 brackets are not the same, and even though instructions tried to point out the difference I did not see it until after. The corners on one of the brackets are more rounded than on the other. I don't consider this a weakness for something at this price point - after all you only have to deal with assembly once in a blue moon or even only once.

Strengths:
Exceptional cooling and very low noise under idle. with a normalized 40dba offers some of the best cooling on the market. Under load it REALLY impressed me and kept my 5600x under 80 (prime 95 avx (not avx 2) all core load under PBO).I mounted mine in the front with tubes down and it looks great too. I've got the static pressure p14 fans it comes with mounted as push and the phanteks 140mm rgb airflow fans mounted as pull.
Weaknesses:
instructions are online very basic and required some double checking with the videos provided and by others.
Additional Comments:
As other have mentioned the cooler boasts some impressive cooling and features. The cooler uses a single connector for the pump and fans making cable management a breeze. The radiator is thicker than most allowing for that better cooling and the price is very value driven. It works fantastic, and stays quiet at all times. I am very happy with how it performs, and how it looks installed (the silvery bits reflect the RGB light nicely). As others have mentioned be aware that the instructions are only available via QR code, or look them up online before you perform the install.

Strengths:
Cost
Cooling
Quality
Very neat (1 plug for entire unit)
P14 fans
Weaknesses:
Mounting system
No physical instructions
Additional Comments:
I am so impressed with this cooler. From the fact that it's a single plug to the extra thick rad, to the price. It works fantastic, stays quiet at all times. Pump makes no noise over the rest of a normal operating computer. I mounted mine in the top of my case and I am very happy with how it performs, and how it looks installed. I would not hesitate to buy this cooler, just beware the instructions are only available via QR code, or look them up before you install on another device.
