I treated this headset with lots of care. Worked well for the first year then the battery started going. Now I'm starting to hear crackling and the sound is cutting out here and there. Looking to replace.

Sound is good, works with my setup (usb mostly, just use bluetooth concurrently when I want to listen to my phone in between games). The best feature is that it can be used as a bluetooth and usb headset simultaneously. No issues with it not connecting like other users but I don't use the bluetooth that often.

The usb-c port is getting a little loose feeling and disconnects rather easy. Another issue I had was getting it to work after installing the Corsair designed drivers (iCue). After removing these drivers and just using the automatic ones that get installed when you plug it in, the headset worked better, mic performed well and audio from game wasn't choppy.

Good quality headset for the money. Altogether good buy.

Comfortable cushion, great distance, microphone is removable, convenient controls. I use this for work and home use. Works really well for online meetings. Sound quality is good. The battery seems to be good (no need to recharge daily for typical use) but no comment on battery life since I've only had these for 2 weeks.

need to move the microphone very close otherwise recipients report audio is breaking up. Moving the microphone relatively close fixes the issue.

I really like this headset. Bluetooth means no radio dongle on my laptop. When the headset does not detect audio input, it will quickly go into sleep mode. One click of the power button will turn the headset back on from sleep mode. After about 10 minutes in sleep mode, the headset will automatically turn off. Long press of the power button will turn on the headset again. I've not had to pair the headset more than once. The previous comment may be a result of not understanding how the headset power management works. Overall I'm really happy with this headset.

Having to pair these headphones every time you use them is a major pain! Not to mention how to get them to turn on to pair them. You'll spend more time setting them up than actually using them
