Ryzen 3000 ready Motherboard

Strengths:

Works out of the box no issues, has everything you need for a budget build and is probably the best option in the b450 class. Has 6 total fan headers including 4 system fan headers, 1 cpu fan & 1 water pump fan header. Also has a strip of addressable RGB on the right side going form the top of the board down to just above where you GPU will sit. BIOS menus look nice and are easy to navigate as always from MSI Works with 3600Mhz ram out of the box, paired it with G Skill Trident Z Neo 3600mhz and enabled the XMP profile with 0 issue [i believe this is the difference between the MAX and normal board, MAX allowing you to use higher Mhz ram. But you will have to verify that im not 100% sure]

Weaknesses:

The only thing i wish it did better was boot, this board is holding my boot times back more than i would like. They are still good (17s on average total bios boot time as seen in task manager) with some applications set to startup on launch such as discord etc which slows down this time some. However i think in my next build i will save up some more money and get a premium board so that my PC feels fast right off startup. My first ever PC booted so fast i would hit the power button and immediately type in my password before even turning the monitor on and by the time i did i was sitting at my desktop, and i have been chasing that feeling ever since lol. This is all negated if you are one to just leave your computer on 24/7.

Additional Comments:

For the price cant expect anything more great board

Best B450 Mobo for Budget Ryzen 3xxx Series Builds

Strengths:

An Inexpensive well built motherboard with decent features. Nice VRM with overkill cooling. (6-8 core only) I wouldn't recommend this board for a 12 core / 24 thread cpu. Out of the box Ryzen 3xxx support... and it is working nicely.

Weaknesses:

For the price point, nothing really.

Additional Comments:

Bench tested the board with a Ryzen 5 3600 and 32 GB memory for 2 days without a hitch. Highly recommended.
