Strengths:
Amazing drive great speed in transferring large amounts of data and large files too doesn’t even skip a beat I have been using Western Digital for all my hard drive needs internal and external and they only get better with time.
Weaknesses:
The only down side I have seen is this drive doesn’t have rubber feet like its previous models but not a deal breaker.

Great drive and affordable price for the capacity.

Weaknesses:
I have a 4TB My Passport and it has been working great. I needed more space so "upgraded" to the 5TB model. First impressions were not good as I found that the 5TB model runs at 4800rpm compared to the 5400rpm of the 4TB model. Then after about 30 hours of use, the drive failed with thousands recorded in SMART for "Read Error Rate".
Additional Comments:
Returned the unit and will have to stick with the 4TB I suppose.
