Sorry, I can't even bother to summarize the weaknesses or strengths of this headset. I read lots of good reviews about its sound, comfort, etc, but like most things in life, if your body is built a bit different it's not for you. I have a head that is probably considered big, and these can barely fit on my head. I normally would not write a bad review like this, but what frustrates me the most about this situation is that I am out this money because I can't return them.

There needs to be some kind of adjustment to this policy, as there is no way to tell if a headset is going to fit your head before you wear them.

I have been buying logitech for decades on their quality, this one does not match up. Bought this headset, left side did not work on install. Checked all connections, both worked if I jammed the connections hard both into the computer and headset. Next, the microphone didn't work. Nothing worked to fix this problem. Had to RMA.

The audio drivers are great for a gaming headset and the microphone is exceptional. No complaints whatsoever here. Noise isolation is great, sound quality is beyond average. Generally, everything is good!

For gaming, it falls short in comparison to both HyperX Cloud Alpha and Alpha S, but don't get me wrong, both are one of the best gaming headsets on the market. You can't really go wrong with either. The logo on the sides are plastic, it can peel off pretty easily.

A recommended purchase. Despite all my complaints, I still can give it 5 stars just because they compete pretty well against all the other competition.

-crisp clean sound -best microphone on a headset yet I've heard for the price -accessories ( extra ear pads, headset split, removable mic, travel bag, mobile cable, inline volume controls / mic mute ) -stays cool ( even with the leather ear pads )

- I wish there was more padding to the top band, but the clamping pressure on the ears give a nice seal and help keep pressure off the top of your head - DTX audio is not the best when it come to games, I personally use voice meter

The sound and microphone for this headset can be modified in Logitech's " Ghub " software and allows great control over many parameters

Great sound, good balance

Went through 2 pairs and they both had the same problem. The left speaker just quit. I really wanted to love these, and for the week I had them I did... until they stopped working.

Dont waste your money. They obviously have a problem, and for 2 pairs to die in less then a month shows there durability.
