Strengths:
it works
Weaknesses:
b450 tomahawk max has exact same performance so if you have one dont bother with this x570.
pci slot 1 retention clip broke off after 3 or 4 gpu removals. not really an issue sens they are almost impossible to undo once you have gpu and m.2 and nh d15 installed.
if you only game pci 4.0 is trash. running 3070 ti ftw3, it just overheats at full power anyway. case is cm 690 II advance 3 front 2 bottom 2 top intake fans and gpu still overheats lol
chipset fans on x570 also pointless. replace the heatsink with a better one or do what most people do and just unhook the fan, it uses electricity for no reason. chipset maxes out at 60c with no fan, with fan 52c..... what a gimmic tj max is probably 90c or more, not really sure cause i know its not an issue,
Heatsink on vrm is too tall to put a 140mm fan over, my cm 690 is gigantic and i cant run 2 140's on d 15 and put the side panel on. the front and rear of the heatsink can only accept 120mm fans in most cases.
Additional Comments:
msi build quality is overall good, not sure why my pci slot broke but the rest of the board is major overkill
gave it a 3 cause of cpu heatsink comparability. should be able to run 3 140's with no fitment issues.

Strengths:
Performance (once auto mode is turned off ) Price
Weaknesses:
BIOS is a real letdown, when you've built nothing but systems with AMI bioses for years. Defaults to have UEFI mode only turned on, making MBR disks not boot, and fixing this setting is burried in unintuitive menus. Auto config for almost everything in the BIOS cripples system performance. e.g. setting 3600 ram to run at 2100
Additional Comments:
The board is fairly good, once the bad default BIOS settings are figured out, however the AMI BIOS used on some of the other major brands is preferred.

Strengths:
Fast
Easy to configure
Stable and consistent
Metal reinforced pci-e slot for mt heavy 3070
Weaknesses:
I miss the red and black color scheme.
Additional Comments:
Really happy with this setup. My last 4 builds have been MSI based and they have never disappointed. This is mt first MSI AMD build and its been flawless for me in every way.

Strengths:
- Components well laid out
- High build quality
- Reinforced PCIe slot handles my heavy GPU (Asus Strix 5600xt) without sag!
- Manual is direct and informative
- EZdebug LEDs helped me quickly fix issues when booting for the first time
- Aesthetically pleasing!
- MSI software properly pairs and coordinate RGB components for different brands (Corsair RAM, InWin fans)
Weaknesses:
- Some fussing when fitting in behind IO shield, but that might be my inexperience
- Included M.2 heat shield couldn't be installed with my case (Corsair Carbide 275R) because one of the two standoffs was an irremovable "peg" (can't knock MSI for this, but a workaround would have been nice as this is common in cases)
Additional Comments:
Written shortly after completing build, so I can't speak to long term use. I would build with this board again. 5/5

Strengths:
Price
USB type C
Bios screen is very easy to use.
Overclocking is easy to use.
Comes with heatsink for M2 drive
Lots of sata connection
Weaknesses:
It could come with led lights at its price range.
Additional Comments:
I bought it on sale. Good price. Easy to use bios and overclocking setup. Lots of sata for hard drives and ssd. Comes with 2 M2 port and heatsink. This is my first MSI motherboard so we will see how it will fare for durability. My gigabyte motherboard before lasted 8 years.
