My first PC build case

Strengths:

I like the minimalist look of everything, has decent ventilation. Cable management is pretty simple and I'm able to get everything neat and organized. Plenty of storage options. Priced well for what you get.

Weaknesses:

Only downside so far for me is the front optical drive takes up space and makes the front look a bit less sleek. There is a version without the front optical bay but I don't believe it's available for us in Canada. I was able to fit 3 120mm fans in the front with some modifications to the case.

Additional Comments:

This was my first build so I don't know a whole lot about what is out there.

Solid Case for a budget mATX build

Strengths:

Lots of room for front fans (go with 2x 140mm for best aesthetics), upper rad space, works great for a mATX build. Materials all feel quality.

Weaknesses:

Only issue is only 1 front included 120mm fan that doesnt match the rear 120mm fan. So you cannot put them beside each other and have them look good. Basically it is one fan is just a waste of materials. Upper optical drive bay is a bit annoying but is easily removed. You will need 140mm fans to fil the space left by the bay.

Additional Comments:

Overall, good case if you buy some additional cooling options to fil the front and upper fan slots

Fantastic budget case if you're willing to overlook the optical drive bay

Strengths:

PSU shroud, removable HDD cage, plenty of spaces for SSD mounting, easy tool-less installation of drives with rubber mounting pieces, great airflow, real tempered glass panel

Weaknesses:

Non removable optical drive bay takes up space that could be used for a larger radiator

Additional Comments:

If you're willing to concede some space in the front for a non removable optical drive bay that most of you will probably never use... this is an amazing case for the money. I've helped many friends build really cheap systems using cases from budget brands that cost around the same as this case but don't come with nearly as many nice features. There's a real tempered glass panel instead of a piece of acrylic that will get scratched to heck the moment you take the plastic off. The panel is only about 4/5 of the case height but since that last bit is taken up by the PSU shroud, you wouldn't be able to see anything anyway. I actually think this is a very smart design as it saves on glass that would otherwise be wasted looking at nothing. Drives are easy to install with nice out of the way spots for SSDs and a removable HDD cage and all drives can be installed without tools using nice rubber attachments and trays that slide in and out. The built in PSU shroud gives you a great spot to just jam all your unneeded cables out of sight (extra nice if you can't afford to splash for a modular PSU). There's lots of places to attach zip ties for cable management. These all might seem like standard PC case features by now but trust me, if you get a really cheap case that doesn't have them, you miss them. Airflow is great too, I added 2 140mm fans to the front and have had no issues with temperatures ever while everything stays virtually silent. The fine mesh has been great for keeping dust and cat hair out and is so easy to clean. Honestly the only thing I feel the need to be critical of is that optical drive bay - it doesn't bother me in the slightest but if you're planning on doing a water cooler build you might find the space it's taking up that could have been used for a bigger radiator an issue. But if you're looking to build a budget air cooled system there's no reason not to get this case.

Good budget mATX case

Strengths:

Build quality, features, interior space, PSU shroud, cable management

Weaknesses:

Included fans: "However, the two fans included with the case are some of the most awful fans I've ever laid my hands on in my years of building PCs. They are made of super thin cheap feeling plastic and flex like paper from just being held. Definitely ditch them for some higher quality replacements."

Additional Comments:

Overall a well made case with lots of features for the price point and very roomy with lots of space for your components and cable management. The PSU shroud is a handy addition for non-modular users to help hide cable clutter, and the side panel is real tempered glass which feels very good compared to others with plexiglass or plastic.
