Strengths:
Superior design
Noctua colors
Superior support
Superior quality
Supplied supports for additional 95mm fan in Push-Pull Configuration
Supplied thermal grease
Superior mounting mechanisms for a wide variety of socket types
Small form factor, doesn't get in the way of memory slots or case.
Weaknesses:
95mm fan
Additional Comments:
If I paid attention to the fan size, I would not have bought this cooler. It cools only marginally better than the stock cooler.
TJ-MAX of 100Watts or 70C with two fans running at 100% in push pull configuration using a AMD Ryzen 3900 12 core CPU.
(Bios set to limit processor speed not to exceed to 70C)
Without temperature monitoring this cooler will exceed TJ-MAX with the 3900 processor; I suggest obtaining a supplied 120mm fan cooler for needed additional CFM.
If you are using a 8 core or less, this fan would be perfect.

Strengths:
Very quiet, and keeps my cpu very cool. Installation was easy and straightforward. Very nice packaging with tons of accessories.
Weaknesses:
On the pricier side, but you get what you pay for.
Additional Comments:
Overall build quality is very nice. The brown fan is ugly to a lot of people though.
