Strengths:
The sound quality is okay for a gaming headset (all gaming headsets notoriously suck in this department).
Directional sound is not bad, but you have to invest a fair amount of time to figure out how to enable it.
You can rotate the mic up to turn it off.
Battery life was pretty good provided I remembered to plug it in every day.
You can use it while plugged in when you forget.
Works with Linux.
Weaknesses:
Heavy. Awkward. Uncomfortable.
Will make your ears sweat.
Mic quality is poor or worse.
The micro-USB charging cable broke on one pair after 2 months.
I'm always accidentally pushing the additional "programmable" buttons when taking them off.
The additional buttons aren't very programmable as it turns out.
They slide off my head.
Logitech customer "service".
Additional Comments:
For such an expensive pair of headphones they really don't perform as one might expect.
No bang for the buck.
The range started out good, but seems to have dropped to about half of what it was (recent update?).
I didn't have any problems navigating the Software.
This is the last gaming headset I will buy (they all suck, not just this one) and the last Logitech anything that I'll buy. Their products are very pretty, but they lack in quality, their durability is a joke, and they fail to support their products. I'm never going to go through their ridiculous "please spend 2 hours filming every step of this 10 page troubleshooting guide so we can confirm your device has malfunctioned - thing" ever again. I've been through it with this headset, their G903 mouse and their G613 keyboard all in the last 3 months. No more big G, we're through. This headset had potential, but failed to live up to it - not unlike Logitech.

Strengths:
About 15m in range in house (ie in another room too).
Lighter weight for a wireless headset.
Cord quality is also very nice.
Great quality audio when you EQ it (you can google some).
Mic boom cuby, and manual mute when putting it up is nice.
Weaknesses:
Light weight build does make it less sturdy than some.
Mic only ok quality, nothing to write home about.
Additional Comments:
Overall best wireless headset I have tried so far.

Strengths:
-Good sound
-The RGB was fun to play around with but completely unnecessary.
Weaknesses:
-Tends to slide off of the back of your head.
-The buttons on the back, hard to use.
-Main power switch I thought was way harder to switch than it should be.
Additional Comments:
Quit working. I have only used these headphones enough to charge them once. Picked them up the other day and there completely dead. No lights, no beep initial beep when turned on. When plugged in to charge the charging light does not come on like it did. No warranty because i was over by a week.
Checked battery voltage - good.
Not real impressed with how much I paid for them and how little I used them and now they don't work.
Had issues getting them to communicate with the dongle. Would have to restart my computer several times to get them to work.
I ended up buying the G Pro X Surround Gaming Headset w/ DTS Headphone:X 2.0, Blue Vo!ce. like this one much better. Have had zero problems with the new one so far.
