Strengths:
Fits all the Pi models including the new Pi4.
Fan is silent.
The fan and heat sink together provide enough cooling to overclock my Pi4 to 2.0 GHz without throttling. Your mileage may vary...
Weaknesses:
If the fan is installed to blow air down, as it should be, some thin washers may be required to avoid rubbing.
The fan takes power from the gpio pins, which may get in the way of connecting another pi-header accessory.
Additional Comments:
I had heard that the Pi 4 ran pretty hot, so I picked up this case for it. The truth is that the Pi 4 just needs a software update and a small heat sink.
BUT, if you want to overclock your Pi4, this kit will let you do that reliably. Yeah, it is kind of like souping up an old 60's VW Beetle and pretending you have a Porsche, but it's still fun.
