Great Motherboard for Mid Range CPUs

Strengths of the product

Adequate cooling and VRM design for i5 and i7 overclocking. Built in I/O panel so you can't forget it during installation. 90° USB 3 front panel connector makes it that much easier to cable manage that thick cable. Nice design for windowed cases, and RGB connectors right on the board.

Weaknesses of the product

Lacking suitable VRM design and cooling to run an i9 at turbo clocks. If they can make the USB 3 a 90° connector, I see no reason why they didn't make the 20+4 pin connector a 90 degree instead. No front panel USB 3.1 Type-C connector, like on their higher end models.

Additional Comments

Will be able to push the 8600k / 9600k and the 8700k, and maybe the 9700k to a decent OC, and with so many fan connections and quality of life features, it is a perfect mid range Z390 board.
