Great design, high quality build. Besides that, nothing else is good about this headset.
The headset worked fine for about 6 months. After 6 months it started lagging and disconnecting once in a while. The problem escalated to the point when it was lagging and reconnecting every 5 minutes. It was very uncomfortable to play so I contacted the support team at SteelSeries. Instead of investigating the problem and gathering more details from me, they just simply sent me a new pair. 2 months later. Same problem. Started with few lags and disconnects a week up to non stop reconnecting loops. Sent them another support ticket. Waiting for a new pair again. They make you destroy the existing headset and send them pictures of it destroyed. It takes then about 2 weeks to send a new pair, so be prepared to play without a headset for 2 weeks.
A little good. Lots of bad.

Audio quality is superb. Supports Dolby 7.1 surround. Over-ear cup design, with very comfortable cup cushions and auto-adjustable head band. Game and chat dial is well implemented. Lets you reduce game audio and increase chat audio, and vice versa. Battery life is great, and operating range is great. Physical mute toggle for microphone. Microphone is non-removable and slides into the left headphone cup for storage. Includes line in and line out on the USB transceiver. Convenient for audio from other sources, like a nintendo switch. Headphones automatically power off if no audio is passed after 30 mins, to conserve battery life.
Charging port is micro USB. I'd prefer USB type C. Not an issue at all, just personal preference.
Probably the best wireless headphones on the market. They're priced well and deliver great audio quality. If you're on the fence on switching to wireless headphones, these were able to get me to switch. Absolutely worth the buy!
