Poor quality upholstry. Would not recommend.

Strengths:

Big seat, good arm rest movement, good height adjustment and not overly expensive (especially on sale).

Weaknesses:

Poor quality chair and terrible customer support/warranty. - Vinyl on the seat was cracked and split open in multiple locations after only 10 months. After 12 months the vinyl on the seat is split open quite badly in multiple locations. Very very poor quality material. - The company claims to have a warranty for 3 years on chair parts & upholstery but based on my interactions I do not believe they have any intention of honoring this.

Additional Comments:

I cannot recommend this chair for anyone who doesn't want to replace a chair every 12 months. The quality of the upholstery wasn't good enough to last even 1 year let alone the 3 year warranty the company claims to have.

Good looking and comfortable, but with manufacturing flaws

Strengths:

Design, comfort, flexibility

Weaknesses:

Sloppy manufacturing, had issues with two chairs. First one had a faulty nut and one screw for the back rest would not go in. Exchanged the chair. Second chair was missing all four screw holes in the back rest fabric. I had to find the underlaying nuts and punch the holes myself. The same issue for two more nuts on the bottom of the seat, for attaching the arm rests. This made the building process a pain.

Additional Comments:

Considering that I will (hopefully) never (have to) take apart this chair, I'm still satisfied with the purchase.
