Great case, very easy to build in

Strengths:

-Plenty of room to work with in the front -Lots of space in the back and the shroud on the bottom leaves lots of space to cram extra cables out of sight -Airflow -Fan filters are easy to clean -Looks good!

Weaknesses:

-Tinted glass basically requires lighting on the interior if you want to see in -could have better front IO

Additional Comments:

Great case, its a shorter Meshify C, so its on the larger size of MATX cases but that was perfect for a beginner like myself. Had zero issues cable managing or building in this case. The two fans it comes with are quiet enough, however I have the stock cooler on a ryzen 5 3600 so that can get a little loud as the case has no noise dampening, but this is a case aimed towards airflow, which means sacrificing noise dampening. Airflow is excellent. Filters are easy to come off as long as you know the trick to take off the front filter, I'd recommend looking up a video that show how to take it off. One thing to note about the case is that if you have no internal lighting, you are going to have a hard time seeing anything inside the case at all. I bought some magnetic RGB case strips and stuck them on the front, top, and rear of the case right beside the glass so they are out of view, and now it looks quite nice.

Excellent Micro-ATX Case

Strengths:

1. 2 included X2 GP-12 120 mm fans. They aren’t PWM, but it doesn’t bother me too much. 2. Lots of room on the back. Easy to cable manage, even as a first-time builder. 3. Lots of airflow, good thermals. Cools my RTX 3080 like a champ. 4. The already cable-managed front panel connectors saved me a bunch of time.

Weaknesses:

1. Removing the 3.5” drive cage (to make room for more cable management) was very difficult, and not very clear. 2. Mesh front panel scares you into thinking it might break when you first remove it, but don’t worry. It should just pop out.

Additional Comments:

Great Micro-ATX chassis, maybe the best out there. Would definitely recommend it.

Great air flow, tight cable management

Strengths:

Mesh front for good air intake, includes foam dust filter Glass side panel Light weight Fits Asus Strix 2080ti with two 120mm fans stacked on top of each other PSU shroud hides PSU for a clean look Plenty of rubber grommets for cable management Sturdy design, no flexing Supports two 2.5 and 3.25 drives Balanced weight distribution with PSU and two HDDs in the front

Weaknesses:

If installing 240mm rad on top, buy low profile RAM or fans will not fit. (Corsair RGB RAM will not fit, buy G.Skill Trident Z RGB. About 2mm clearance between the RAM and radiator fans with G.Skill Trident Z RGB) Foam dust filter is a tad thick and restricts airflow. (Pull it out and clean your machine regularly) Cable management is tight on the back, case could be 5-10mm wider PSU cables are squished in against the HDD caddy. HDD caddy is a bit too close. But does allow for a 60mm fan to be installed between the front of the HDD caddy and the case to help cool your drives. Mind you, there's no mounting holes for the fan, so get creative on mounting it and watch for case vibration Only 2 USB ports in the front (at least they're usb 3) Not much room to do a custom liquid cooled loop. But it is possible

Additional Comments:

Fractal design gave us a case that doesn't restrict airflow from the front and although I have 2 120mm fans in the front, 2 140mm fans would make the fans look more centered. Overall build quality is good, case is rigid and feels solid. The tempered glass side panel is tinted, would have preferred clear. Two more USB ports in the front would've been nice, there is room for them. The dust filter is a tad thick and seriously restricts airflow. Easy enough to remove and with regular monthly cleaning, isn't an issue. The top dust filter is cleverly designed with the magnetic strips offset to allow radiator screws to remain hidden and blends in nicely with the case. Overall, it's a great case for an mATX build, everything fits and air cooling was on the fore front of their design. I'm happy with the size although it could've been a bit wider and maybe a bit longer. The case travels well while working on the road and the box fits nicely in the back seat to protect the case while traveling. Also is sturdy enough to place the case on top of to keep it off the floor in hotel rooms. I'd recommend this case for any build, budget build all the way up top high end builds. Would buy again, very few mATX cases compare to this one.
