Strengths:

Weaknesses:
The ski goggle headband will take some adjusting and getting used to. After you break them in a bit they get much more comfortable. I could also see these being uncomfortable if you have a larger sized head.

Very solid pair of headphones after I have been on wired Sennheiser's, AKG's, beyerdynamic's for many years...
The sound quality stands up to these headphones I listed. The bass is very good in my opinion and can be increased or decreased via the Steelseries Engine. Highs are a bit strong but can be adjusted easily.
Overall I am pleased with my purchase so far and I am really enjoying not having any cords (other than the USB DAC).
These are a pretty penny, however if want a solid pair of wireless headphones I could definitely recommend this pair.
