Strengths of the product

quick easy install, keeps things cool

Weaknesses of the product

Instructions don't specify that you have to slide brackets back to fit different intel boards.

Additional Comments

Good so far, upgraded stock cooler on my i5-8600K Overclocked to 4,200mhz; 6° C cooler while idling and 20° C cooler while under load. Also keeps everything in mt case cooler, as it exhausts through the back. Very happy.

OK cooler but screwing holes are tiny

Strengths of the product

It's an ok cpu cooler

Weaknesses of the product

Screw holes and placement

Additional Comments

The screw holes are so tiny, I tried to screw in. It was impossible to screw in with a phillips head so I used a flathead. Even then, it was still so hard and wouldn't go in and as a result I scratched my case which I'm not quite happy about. I think it wouldn't hurt to spend two cents for Corsair to make a half decent mounting system.

Was skeptical, now I'm a believer!!

Strengths of the product

I just recently blew an old AMD CPU Phenom II 1075T. Long story short I salvaged the PC with an older AMD Phenom II 965 but it seemed to be running hot. Because I'm looking at a new build soon, I thought I'd try this CPU cooler to test for now and inform future decisions. I was skeptical a liquid cooler would make much of a difference.... Holey smoke was I wrong. CPU easily runs 10ºC cooler, under load and while running idle. I'm a believer...

Weaknesses of the product

The install wasn't that foolproof!! The radiator just fit the older ATX case. Caution make sure your case holes line up w/radiator holes. I didn't look all that closely, ended up going through the radiator itself. I was lucky, there appear to be no leaks. Also had trouble mounting the fan to the radiator, it was easier to do before attaching the radiator to the case contrary to what the instructions say. As I type this, CPU is idling at 30ºC with 20% load.

Additional Comments

I would recommend this product. I think it is worth the extra spend on any build.
