Nice looking hardware, poorly designed software.

Strengths of the product

Great looking. Solid feel when using the stick

Weaknesses of the product

Terrible instruction manual. Software is simple and doesn't explain how to use it. Not user friendly at all. Translated from chinese, the instructions have that 'engrish' tone and don't explain much. Im also left handed, and was hoping this might be at least a little ambidextrous and its not.

Additional Comments

I bought this because I liked all the features and its pretty design. Im returning it because I don't have confidence the the manufacturer will support it well.

Not what I hoped for!

Strengths of the product

It's built solid and the action is pretty smooth. The base has nice weight to it and it wont move around.

Weaknesses of the product

The software you download from FlashFire does pretty much nothing. You can't make or save profiles on the joystick as there is no software for that. Every time you turn on the computer or unplug the joystick you have to redo the calibration thru the windows calibration routine, which is a pain.

Additional Comments

For the money I was hoping for a more polished product, but as it sits right now, until or if there is a software update, it's pretty much a $150 paper weight. Sucks that it is sold as a final sale only. Shame on me for not doing more research first. Save your money and get the VKB version with the same build and outside quality, but has good software that can create/save profiles and calibration on the joystick itself.
