Strengths of the product

Has 8 cores, 16 threads, low power draw, and a decent stock cooler, which had red and green Led that are Controllable.

Weaknesses of the product

Mine didn't overclock very well, but individual chips vary

Additional Comments

On cinebench r15 single thread got around 140ish, multi thread around 1500. Overclocked to 3.7GHz I got around 1650 multi thread.

Great!

Strengths of the product

fast, responsive, great stock cooler, less expensive than it's "X" Variant Sips power

Weaknesses of the product

NONE

Additional Comments

I had the opportunity to put two systems together with this processor and compare it with my 2700X. Overall, it runs cooler, is certainly far more quiet with the Spire cooler, and brings most of what the 2700X has (horsepower wise..) to the table. If your not to keen on the louder RGB cooler offered by the 2700X and are not a all out performance hound, then I recommend this one over the X variant. Really most will be hard pressed to tell the difference in common tasks and it's performance is right up there no matter what it's doing (in comparison to my 8700K and 2700X)
