Strengths:
comfortable and the optional switches are nice, when the mouse functions
Weaknesses:
- several left click issues, common occurrence with this mouse
- razer support
Additional Comments:
i am giving 2/5 instead of 1 only because the mouse is comfy and i like having the 7 buttons on the side.
however, i have had to replace this mouse twice, and every single mouse had bad left click buttons. first lasted a few weeks only, the others a few months.
it is the last razer product i will be buying, because the support

Strengths:
Unbelievable customization. No competition there. I love this mouse. I was fun of Logitech before. For 10 years I have both mice and Razer is simply the best.
Weaknesses:
Problems can accrue because of their fanciness, but support is there and easy to use.
Additional Comments:
I wish it had even more buttons. I would highly recommend this mouse to everyone. It does all routing clicking and typing for you. It is awesome.

Strengths:
Comfortable mouse, neat face plate options
Weaknesses:
Non responsive software, buttons too small to be useful
Additional Comments:
Within a few months of use the software stopped recognizing the mouse, rendering the extra buttons useless as I could not program them.
The buttons on the extra face plates are too small to be useful. A man with tiny thumbs might be able to use it, but average sized thumbs beware. You'll fat finger half the damn buttons.
Not to mention the clicks are starting to go already. Holding down the button will randomly multi click etc.
Never again Razer. Every damn time I've bought one of their mouses, the same issues come up.
